1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods or new collection launches, processing times may take slightly longer, but we always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on product weight and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times:
-Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
-Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Local Deliveries & Pickups
In some areas, we may offer local delivery or pickup options. If available, these will appear at checkout.
4. Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, Elegant Noir London is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or customs processes.
5. Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order includes pre-order or backorder items, all products will be shipped together once stock becomes available, unless stated otherwise.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elegantnoir.co.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will open an investigation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only.
