We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags or accessories included.

To start a return, please contact us at support@elegantnoir.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.

Please note:

-Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

-We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

-Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.


Non-returnable items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

-Gift cards

-Items marked “Final Sale”


Damaged or faulty items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at support@elegantnoir.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
